建筑呈直立长方体块，按建筑功能分区划分为西侧星湖ONE和东侧中海大厦，体块与功能完整。建筑各功能出入口较多，对景观场地的整体打造具有挑战性。

The building is an upright cuboid block, divided into Xinghu ONE on the west side and the China Overseas Mansion on the east side according to the functional zoning of the building, with complete volume and function. There are many entrances and exits for each function of the building, which is challenging for the overall construction of the landscape site.
